This seemed like a great variety of benefits for simply adding a packet of collagen to foods I already eat. I began with adding a packet to some of my baking, I just threw in a packet with the dry ingredients and had muffins with collagen. There was no difference in taste or texture. Next, I tried adding collagen packets to drinks. I had much more success adding collagen to smoothies or warm drinks to get the texture to even out. I had less luck with adding a packet to just juice or water, I couldn't really get the texture right even after a lot of stirring. I really liked the convenience of the stick packs. These were easy to take to work or on the go and add to drinks. Over the course of using collagen for two weeks, I have noticed a difference in my post-workout resilience, which is great! Overall, an easy way to boost muscle and bone health.
