Cora Cup Cleanse is an easy to use, natural option for cleaning my Cora Cup.  The Cup Cleanse is a water based gel made with cucumber extract, lemon extract and witch hazel and no sulfates, parabens, fragrances or dyes.  To use it, you just rinse your Cora Cup, squirt some gel on and rub it in.  After that, just rinse.  The Cup Cleanse can be used in between cycles or between emptying and reinsertion.  The cleanse made it easy to feel clean even when I couldn't do a full wash.  I feel good about all of the ingredients and having them in my body.  Easy, discreet and natural, Cora Cup Cleanse is the perfect option for cleaning your cup.

​Seventh Generation's Mandarin & Yuzu body wash is a rich and has an amazing scent.  I believe in Seventh Generation's mission and this body wash fulfills that mission by having a 100% biodegradable formula, has no parabens or sulfates  and is 95% plant based.  Because of this, when using the body wash, there is not as much lather as you would have with other washes.  However, I could still feel the richness of the wash on my skin and felt clean afterwards.  I absolutely loved the scent and could still smell it long after my shower.
